Privacy Notice on the Processing of Guest and Visitor Personal Data

As Pina Hotel (the "Company"), we exercise the utmost care and diligence to process, protect and transfer the personal data of our guests and visitors in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law") and related legislation.

I. Data Controller

Pursuant to the Law, the identity data, contact data, legal transaction data (traffic/log records), employment data, physical space security data, financial data and customer data (“personal data”) of guests and visitors may be processed by Pina Hotel, as data controller, within the scope explained below.

II. Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Our Company obtains personal data directly from guests and visitors themselves; through the call centre, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means; from the CCTV system located in its buildings, facilities and premises; from traffic/log records when the internet is accessed and other communication channels; and from data learned audibly, electronically or in writing.

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of being expressly stipulated by law (for example, the processing of internet traffic records under Law No. 5651 or of identity data under Law No. 1774), the fulfilment of a legal obligation, the legitimate interest of the data controller (for example, keeping camera records to ensure the security of the physical space), and explicit consent.

III. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed to provide a better and more personalised service; to supply hotel accommodation and other goods and services and to collect payment; to conduct market research, guest satisfaction and quality assurance surveys and direct marketing; to ensure physical space and information security processes; to provide information to authorised persons, institutions and organisations; to ensure the legal, technical and commercial security of the Company and the persons in a business relationship with it; and to establish and manage the information technology infrastructure.

IV. Transfer of Personal Data

In line with and limited to the purposes stated above, your personal data may be shared with our shareholders, business partners, affiliates and subsidiaries, representatives, service providers and suppliers (for example, companies from which we receive transport or security services), and with legally authorised public institutions and private persons; and, where log records are requested pursuant to the relevant legislation, with administrative and judicial authorities and law enforcement; and may be processed domestically or abroad.

V. Rights of the Data Subject

As the person whose personal data is processed, you may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law — namely to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information where it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; to request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data; to request its deletion or destruction; to request that any correction or deletion be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to any adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely through automated systems; and to claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your data — by contacting us at info@pinahotelantalya.com.

Pina Hotel requests your consent — within the scope of and limited to the purposes stated in the Privacy Notice on the Processing of Guest and Visitor Personal Data — for the transfer of your personal data, including special categories of personal data, to the purposes and recipient groups stated in the Notice, and for its processing and transfer domestically and abroad; as well as for its processing for purposes such as guest satisfaction and quality assurance surveys, sending newsletters, informing about promotions and campaigns, marketing communication and customer analysis.

I acknowledge, declare and undertake that I have read and understood the Privacy Notice and the Consent Text regarding the processing of my personal data, and that I consent to the processing of all my personal data, including special categories of personal data, and to its transfer domestically and/or abroad.
