Aspendos Ancient City

One of the most precious stops for history and culture trips, the ancient city of Aspendos is about 46 km from the centre. Thought to have been built in the 10th century BC and carefully preserved to this day, it is one of the finest examples of Roman-era architecture. In summer, Aspendos hosts many events, from classical music festivals to artistic performances.

Within the ancient city you can see many architectural structures, from agoras and aqueducts to temples and baths.
